Terms of Service

Last updated: April 9, 2026

1. Service Provider

The service provider is steezr s.r.o., Reg. No.: 22354883, VAT No.: CZ22354883, with registered address at K Rybníčkům 282/19, Praha 10, 100 00, Czech Republic, email: support@steezr.com (hereinafter "provider").

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of the agreement is the provision of dance lessons booked online through the web application at johnnyunar.com. The contract is concluded upon booking confirmation (by payment, credit use, or subscription activation).

3. Booking and Payment

  • Lessons can be booked as single sessions (card payment via Stripe), through a subscription (monthly / three-month), or using a credit.
  • A single lesson can be booked without creating an account (as a guest). If you later create an account, guest bookings are automatically linked to your account.
  • Prices are listed in Czech koruna (CZK) and are final.
  • After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice link. You will also receive a reminder email before the lesson.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • A lesson can be cancelled no later than 48 hours before it starts. In that case, you will receive a credit for a future lesson.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the lesson do not earn a credit.
  • Credits have a limited validity (typically 3 months from issuance) and cannot be converted to cash.
  • The provider reserves the right to cancel a lesson for operational reasons — in that case, you will receive a credit or an alternative date.

5. Photos and Videos

Photos and videos may be taken during lessons and used exclusively for the provider's marketing purposes and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). By creating a booking and checking the consent box, you agree to this use. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@steezr.com.

6. Liability

  • Participation in lessons is at your own risk. The provider is not liable for injuries sustained during lessons unless caused by the provider's gross negligence.
  • Participants must inform the provider of any health conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate in a lesson.

7. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
  • Upon subscription activation, the system automatically books your upcoming lessons (4 lessons per month).
  • If you had a single booking for the same date, it will be automatically converted to a subscription booking and you will receive a credit back.
  • After cancelling, you can use remaining lessons until the end of the current billing period.
  • An account is required to purchase a subscription.

8. Credits

  • A credit is issued when a booking is cancelled within the allowed window (at least 48 hours before the lesson) or when a single booking is converted to a subscription booking.
  • Credits have a limited validity (typically 3 months from issuance) and cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another person.
  • A credit can be used to book any upcoming lesson, subject to availability.
  • Expired credits are automatically invalidated.

9. User Account

  • Registration and login are passwordless, using one-time login links (magic links) sent to your email.
  • From your dashboard, you can manage bookings, subscriptions, credits, and personal details.
  • During registration, you may optionally consent to receive newsletters. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

10. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to follow the instructor's directions and behave respectfully toward other attendees. The provider reserves the right to refuse participation to individuals who repeatedly disrupt lessons.

11. Privacy

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Final Provisions

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
  • The provider reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes will be communicated through the website.
  • Any disputes will be resolved preferably by agreement, otherwise by the competent court in the Czech Republic.
